We relocated our 2 cats and dog from Dubai to Australia. Clare organised their pick up from the quarantine facility in Melbourne and all their flights to the Sunshine Coast in QLD. She was available to answer any questions we had and she replied very fast. Everything was made easy with KCR Pet Transport! Thank you so much for helping to bring our babies home to Australia.

Jacqui and Clare recently shipped a puppy from Townsville to JFK in the US and were fantastic. “Jett” was treated like a family member, allowed to play with other dogs, sleep on human beds and have cuddle time in bed as well. Nobody else offers this service to this degree. Won’t use anybody else now - thank you ladies ...Some lovely comments from Jetts new owner: "Your freighter was FABULOUS! You have no idea what a bonus it was to have Jett clear customs in LA - saves at least an hour of waiting for paperwork then driving to customs to get it stamped and driving back to pick up the puppy!"

KCR Pet Transport arranged travel during the week for two of our gorgeous puppies. I can highly recommend them. Reliable understanding and caring. Can't thank Clare and Jacqui enough for taking such great care of Arizona and making that incredible journey from Hobart to Gove NT which included an overnight stay in Cairns a walk in the park for her. I really appreciated the videos and photos you sent me. She looked so happy.

Thank you also for making sure little Puzzle arrived safely into Adelaide ... she bounced out of her crate happy as.

I had 2 small dogs to transport from Brisbane to Melbourne and also a return within a month. It was an amazing experience! Both dogs arrived safe and they weren’t scared at all. Highly recommended to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic service! I was always able to reach Clare when I had problem or question. Most helpful and nothing was a problem! Clare treated our puppy like her own, he slept in the bed with her and travelled around with her in the van, instead of being locked in the kennel run. We got daily updates, as Colin had to spend two days in Melbourne before his flight to Singapore. Can not recommend KCR Transport high enough!

Shipped a young puppy to NZ, held up at Customs in NZ due to another dog that had paper work issues, nothing to do with ours. Clare and Kade got straight on to NZ to find out what happened and made sure our puppy made the next flight. Contacted the people waiting for the pup to let them know what was happening. We were all so relieved that they had control. Would not hesitate in recommending their service.
